Give an advantage of using the thrust stage .                                                                          The thrust stage allows for a much closer audience-performer relationship physically

Give a disadvantage of using the thrust stage

It is harder to face all the audience when  performing, so showing your facial expressions to all the audience at the same time throughout the performance is quite difficult
